Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University is hosting a special event where we will explore the intricacies of chocolate art in a hands-on manner. Our hands-on event titled "Boutique Chocolate Art" will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 09:00.
In the event coordinated by Lecturer Önder Osman OFLAS and Dr. Lecturer Kadir ÇETİN, professional chocolate making techniques will be demonstrated practically. Our valuable students will have the opportunity to apply all stages of boutique chocolate production, from tempering techniques to praline making, from preparing molded chocolate to decoration techniques.
Note: This event will be held within the scope of the World Cuisines course.
