"World Tour with Desserts" Practical Gastronomy Event at MAKÜ

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University is hosting a special event where we will explore world dessert cultures practically. Our practical event titled "World Tour with Desserts" will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 09:00.

Under the coordination of Dr. Lecturer Kadir ÇETİN and Lecturer Önder Osman OFLAS, distinguished dessert recipes from international cuisines will be prepared practically. Our valuable students will have the opportunity to practice the dessert-making techniques of different cultures firsthand. 

Note: This event will be held within the scope of the World Cuisines course.
