The Process of Preparing Mandatory Internship Forms and Points to Consider

In each academic year's spring semester, the "Internship Calendar" is announced on the official website of our Faculty. Following the publication of the calendar, our students who plan to do an internship obtain the "STJ-01 (minimum two copies), STJ-02, and STJ-03" forms and fill in the required fields completely.

In the first stage of the internship application process, students have the STJ-01 form signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the business they have chosen in accordance with the Internship Directive. Subsequently, within the specified date range, they fill out the relevant department's online internship application form and upload the digital copies of the "STJ-01, STJ-02, and STJ-03" forms to the system.

The preliminary evaluation results conducted by the internship committee of the relevant department are announced on the website of our faculty. Our students whose applications are approved submit their wet-signed documents to the department secretariats in a transparent file. Our students whose applications are rejected revise their forms considering the rejection reasons and resubmit them to the department secretariats by the deadline specified in the internship calendar.

After the final evaluations are carried out and the necessary approvals are given by the internship committee of the relevant department, the finalized results are published on our website.

After the completion of this process, our students obtain a wet-signed copy of the STJ-01 form from the department secretariat to deliver to the business where they will do their internship.
