Our Vocational School 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Spare Lateral Transfer Application results are attached. The registration for spare lateral transfers is between 07.09.2023-08.09.2023. It is mandatory to present the original application documents during registration.

Documents Required for Registration

1- ÖSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Placement Results (All score

types) submitted by the student during university admission

2- Student Certificate obtained from the higher education institution where the student is enrolled

3- An official document showing the name, credit, and success grades of all courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class, and the weighted grade point average according to the credits (grade chart/grade

transcript). (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.)

4- Students who have attended the preparatory class and frozen their registration must document their status

5- Students studying in the second education program and ranking in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester must provide an official document showing that they are in the top ten percent,

6- Approved or course contents (course curriculum) included in the university's ECTS information package, (Students who do not submit course contents will be placed in the first year.)

7- Document indicating whether the student has received a disciplinary penalty
