Our Vocational School 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Application results are presented in the attachment. The final registrations for horizontal transfers are between 04.09.2023 - 05.09.2023, and the reserve registrations are between 07.09.2023 - 08.09.2023. It is mandatory to present the original application documents during registration.

Documents Required for Registration

1- The OSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS, or YKS Placement Results (all score

types) submitted during the student's admission to the university

2- Student Certificate obtained from the higher education institution where the student is enrolled

3- An official document showing the names, credits, and success grades of all courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class, and the weighted grade point average according to the credits (grade chart/grade transcript). (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.)

4- Documentation of the status of students who have studied in the preparatory class and frozen their registration

5- An official document showing that the student studying in the second education program is in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester

6- Approved or course contents (course curriculum) included in the university's ECTS information package (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.)

7- Document indicating whether the student has received a disciplinary penalty
