According to the 2022-2023 Academic Year Internship Calendar, after the preliminary evaluation results of our students' internship applications are announced on our website on June 02, 2023;
Transactions to be made between June 05-14, 2023,
· Internship Acceptance Form to be prepared in 2 copies with wet signature and workplace stamp; 1 copy to be given to the business where the internship will be done, and 1 copy can be delivered to our Vocational School Student Affairs by hand or sent by cargo to be received by the Student Affairs on the last date of June 14, 2023. (Students are responsible for delays caused by cargo)
· Commitment and SGK Declaration Form to be signed by the student and delivered to our Vocational School Student Affairs by hand or sent by cargo to be received by the Student Affairs on the last date of June 14, 2023. (Students are responsible for delays caused by cargo)
· Internship State Contribution Form will be submitted at the end of the internship, not during the internship application. This form will be prepared if requested by the workplace.
· Internship State Contribution Form will be prepared separately for the months of June/July/August 2023 at the end of the internship and the payment receipts will be attached to the form.
