We stepped into the magical world of chocolate in our workshop event titled "Brown Happiness: Chocolate Production Techniques and Applications". In this workshop, conducted under the guidance of the esteemed chocolate master Erhan Metin, our valuable students experienced the intricacies of chocolate making and practical techniques. Erhan Metin shared his knowledge and experience with young chocolate lovers with great enthusiasm, contributing to their learning in this field and improving their skills. At the end of the event, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Erhan Metin for his valuable contributions, crowning this meaningful collaboration. We also thank him for his superior effort and dedication, and hope to come together again in future projects.
