2023-2024 Education Teaching Year "School-Sector" meeting's first "Ancient Anatolian Cuisines" conference was held by Crystal Group'sCrystal Family Resort & SPA Executive Kitchen Chef Dr. Salim GÖKSÜN with the participation of our college's teaching staff and students. In the conference, information was given about the "Ancient Anatolian Cuisine", which is one of the world cuisines from past to present.
