Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Teaching Staff and Students Participated in the “Culinary Forum – Connection” Event.

Approximately 6000 people participated in the “Culinary Forum – Connection” event, which took place on December 4-5, 2023, with the participation of expert academicians in the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and chefs who have proven themselves in the sector. Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Kadir ÇETİN, Öğr. Gör. Ramazan ARSLAN, Öğr. Gör. İlhan AVCU and Öğr. Gör. Ö. Osman OFLAS coordinated the event, and our valuable students actively participated in the event. Our students had the opportunity to interact with expert academicians in the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and chefs who have proven themselves in the sector, gaining information and sharing experiences about current issues in the sector. Additionally, the participation of students who attended the event with their own means made all our faculty members proud.
This event has been an important platform where academicians, students, and sector professionals came together to exchange information, discuss developments in the sector, and contribute to the training of new generation chefs.
