The 2023-2024 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Oryantasyonu was carried out with the participation of all our students and staff.

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) organized an Orientation Program to facilitate the adaptation of new students to academic and social life in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. With the start of the term at the School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management, the trainings gained momentum. On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 14:00, a General Orientation Training was given to Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Tourism Management Students at the MAKÜ Avşar Han Cinema Hall.

The program was held with the participation of our academic staff. Information about the school introduction, general operation of the teaching staff, and academic matters was provided by Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Lecturer İlhan AVCU. Additionally, information was given about the course operations, curriculum, on-the-job training, internships, and the most common problems students face/will face during the 4-year period, and students' questions were answered.
