2025-2026 Academic Year On-the-Job Vocational Training Online Application Results

The results of the Online Application for Vocational Training in Business for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester are presented in the attachment. 

Students whose applications for Vocational Training in Business have been accepted and those accepted with deficiencies will complete their deficiencies between September 01-05, 2025, and submit the originals of the documents to the "Department Secretariat".

1-IME-07 Vocational Training Request Form in Business (2 Copies, one for the school, the other for the business) 

2-IME-08 Commitment Letter

3-IME-09 Health Insurance Form

4-IME-10 Vocational Training Acceptance Form in Business

5-Health Provision and Activation System (SPAS) Eligibility Document

IMPORTANT NOTE: For SGK transactions of students who will go for Vocational Training in Business, the Health Provision and Activation System (SPAS) Eligibility Document, which you will obtain by clicking on the link https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/spas-mustahaklik-sorgulama in the e-government application, will be submitted to the department secretariat.
