2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER

VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN BUSINESS CALENDAR

Dates	Activity	Description
22 July- 27 August 2025	Filling out the Online On-the-Job Training Application Form for preliminary evaluation on our school's website	The relevant form must be filled out completely. Preliminary evaluation results will be announced on 29 August 2025.
01-05 September 2025	1-IME-07 Vocational Training in Business Request Form (2 Copies, one for the school, the other for the business) 2-IME-08 Commitment 3-IME-09 Health Insurance Form 4-IME-10 Vocational Training in Business Acceptance Form	The specified forms must be filled out completely and delivered to the Department Secretariat in a plastic file either by hand or via cargo.
10 September 2025	Announcement of On-the-Job Training application results	The results of the evaluation to be made by the On-the-Job Training Commission members will be announced on the specified date on the Faculty of Tourism website.
15 September 2025	The Student's Actual Start of the On-the-Job Training Process	Students must be in practice throughout the Fall semester in accordance with the On-the-Job Training Directive and fulfill their responsibilities specified in the directive.
28 December 2025	The Student's Actual End of the On-the-Job Training Process
29 December 2025-12 January 2025	Submission of the Workplace Practice Student Report and the Workplace Official Student Evaluation Form to the Department Secretariat.	The report and form must be delivered to the course instructor either by hand or via mail/cargo. The student is held responsible for any issues that may arise during the mail/cargo process.
