| April 21-27, 2025 | Filling out the Online Internship Application Form for preliminary evaluation on our school's website | The relevant form must be filled out completely. Preliminary evaluation results will be announced on April 30, 2025. |
| May 1-16, 2025 | 1-Internship Acceptance Form (STJ-01) (2 Copies) 2-Social Security Declaration Form (STJ-02) 3-Commitment (STJ-03) Submission to the Department Secretariat | The specified forms must be filled out completely and submitted to student affairs in person or via cargo. |
May 20, 2025 | Announcement of the Evaluation Results of the “Internship Acceptance Form (STJ-01)” | The results of the evaluation conducted by the Internship Commission members will be announced on the specified date on the Tourism Faculty's website. |
| June 25, 2025 | The Student's Actual Start of the Internship Training Process | Students are required to complete an internship of 60 working days according to the Internship Directive and must fulfill the responsibilities specified in the directive. |
| September 5, 2025 | The Student's Actual Completion of the Internship Training Process | September 4, 2025 is the last day the student will work at the workplace. |
| September 15-25, 2025 | 1-Confidential Evaluation Form (STJ-05) 2-Internship File (STJ-06) 3-Internship State Contribution Form (STJ-04) Submission to the Department Secretariat | The internship file and form must be submitted to student affairs in person or via mail/cargo. The student is responsible for any issues that may arise during the mail/cargo process. |
