Our University's Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin DALGAR Visited Our Faculty of Tourism.

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Tekşen visited our Faculty of Tourism. During this visit, the faculty dean Prof. Dr. Murat Yeşiltaş gave a presentation about the faculty, providing information on the academic staff, student numbers, departments, projects, and ongoing works. In the meeting, Rector Dalgar listened to the views and requests of the academic staff.

Rector Dalgar talked about the university's future strategies and the progress in applied education, digital technologies, and internationalization within the framework of the Policy Document. Additionally, the integration of the Lavender Hotel and the Faculty of Tourism was also discussed in the meeting. Rector Dalgar stated, "The Lavender Hotel is an important application area where our students can put their theoretical knowledge into practice. In this way, our students have the opportunity to learn the real dynamics of the sector and gain experience before graduation."

Rector Dalgar shared the university's vision with the academic staff and provided information about the projects to be implemented in the upcoming period.
