Cultural and Nature Trip to Sia Ancient City with Gastronomy Students

This meaningful cultural trip, guided by the vast knowledge and experience of one of our university's esteemed faculty members, Dr. Lecturer Salih SOSLU, was very productive for the 3rd-year students of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Coordinated together with Dr. Lecturer Kadir Çetin, our teacher Salih provided detailed insights into the historical and cultural richness of the ancient city of Sia, making significant contributions to our students' academic and cultural development.

The trip program, which began with a nature walk, continued with an informative presentation held in the unique atmosphere of the ancient city. The event, which concluded with the meals and tea prepared by our students in nature, turned into an enjoyable experience where theoretical knowledge met practice.

We especially thank Lecturer İlhan Avcu for his support in the realization of this valuable cultural trip. His contributions to organizing such a meaningful event played an important role in the successful completion of the trip.
