İbn-Î Sina Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Students Visited the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department

İbn-i Sina Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School students visited our university's Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts on Thursday, December 5, 2024. During the visit, Dr. Lecturer Kadir ÇETİN, Lecturer Önder Osman OFLAS, and Lecturer İlhan AVCU provided detailed information to the students about the department's academic structure, application areas, and sectoral opportunities.  The students participated in the training titled “World Tour with Desserts” organized within the framework of the World Cuisines course, gaining the opportunity to observe and experience pastry-making processes on-site.  At the end of the training, the students both experienced dessert-making techniques and acquired new knowledge about world cuisines, having an enjoyable day.
