At MAKÜ, Students Met with the Art of Boutique Chocolate under the Coordination of Lecturer Önder Osman OFLAS and Dr. Lecturer Member Kadir ÇETİN

The "Butik Çikolata Sanatı" event held at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) was conducted with the intense participation of students and academicians. In the event organized under the coordination of Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Kadir ÇETİN and Öğr. Gör. Önder Osman OFLAS, students had the opportunity to learn professional chocolate making techniques practically.
In the event program, all stages of boutique chocolate production were discussed in detail. Topics such as the tempering process of chocolate, the preparation of handmade pralines, the production of special fillings, and the application of decorative techniques were demonstrated practically.
Students had the chance to produce their own unique chocolates using different molding techniques and decoration methods they learned. The specially designed pralines, truffles, and filled chocolates produced at the event received great appreciation.
At the end of the program, students had the opportunity to exhibit the boutique chocolates they produced with their own hands and let others taste them.
