5 Genes of the Kitchen: Launch Meeting for Innovative Solutions for Efficient Kitchens

On November 28, 2024, at the Antalya DoubleTree Hotel, the event "Mutfağın 5 Geni: Verimli Mutfaklar İçin Yenilikçi Çözümler" was organized with the participation of Bonno, Pirge, Cambro, İçim, and Rational companies. At the event, innovative kitchen tools and equipment developed to increase efficiency in kitchens were launched with the participation of our Faculty Lecturers İlhan AVCU and Önder Osman OFLAS. 

While the unique products offered by the companies were introduced to the participants, special tasting events highlighted the usage areas of these products in the culinary world. A wide range of participants, from chefs to industry professionals, had the opportunity to closely examine and experience new technologies.

The event became an important meeting point for following developments in the world of gastronomy and ensuring sustainability in kitchens.
