Training on Seafood and Presentation Techniques was Given to the Students of Emekevler Şehit Rıza Çevik Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.

Emekevler Şehit Rıza Çevik Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School held an important event aimed at developing students' skills in the field of cooking. On November 28, 2024, a practical training on the cooking and presentation of seafood was provided as part of the "Seafood and Presentation Techniques Training".

 

The training was conducted by experts in the field, Lecturers İlhan AVCU and Ramazan ARSLAN. Students were taught the intricacies of creating creative recipes with different seafood. Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to prepare delicious recipes such as Shrimp Wrapped in Kadaif, Sea Bass with Tarhana, Calamari, and Seafood Risotto, and to experience molecular gastronomy presentation techniques.

 

This event aimed to equip students with the practical skills needed in the gastronomy sector while also raising awareness about seafood. At the end of the training, students gained significant achievements in terms of both presentation techniques and professional kitchen experience.
