| STUDENTS WHO WILL WORK IN THE INTERIM PERIOD | Students who wish to continue in the same workplace until February 3, 2024 (the start date of the Spring Semester) without leaving on December 29, 2024, will apply to the Faculty Dean's Office with the petition provided in the attachment by December 24, 2024. |
| STUDENTS WHO WILL WORK IN THE INTERIM PERIOD AND CONTINUE IN THE SAME BUSINESS | Students who will continue until February 3, 2024 (interim period) will also follow the procedures in the Vocational Training Calendar in Business for the spring semester and reapply. The required forms will be filled out again. |
| STUDENTS WHO WILL NOT WORK IN THE INTERIM PERIOD OR WILL CHANGE THE WORKPLACE THEY WORKED AT DURING THE INTERIM PERIOD | Students who will leave the business on December 29, 2024, and will not continue working in the interim period, and will start the spring semester on February 3, 2024, will follow the procedures in the Vocational Training Calendar in Business and apply. |
| NOTE: Students who wish to continue in the interim period and submit a petition are required to work in businesses. Provisions of the Current Legislation will be applied to students who are found not working in their businesses. | |

| 27 November- 22 December 2024 | Filling out the Online On-the-Job Training Application Form for preliminary evaluation from our college's website | The relevant form must be filled out completely. Preliminary evaluation results will be announced on 25 December 2024. |
| 25 December – 15 January 2025 | IME-07 Professional Training Request Form in Business IME-10 Professional Training Acceptance Form in Business-2 (two) copies will be filled out. | The specified forms must be filled out completely and delivered by hand or via cargo to the “Department Secretariat”. | 24 January 2024 | Announcement of On-the-Job Training application results | The results of the evaluation to be made by the Department Professional Training Commission members will be announced on the specified date on the Tourism Faculty's website. |
| 3 February 2025 | The Student's Actual Start of On-the-Job Training Process | Students must be in practice throughout the Spring term in accordance with the Professional Training Directive in Business and fulfill their responsibilities specified in the directive. |
| 18 May 2025 | The Student's Actual End of On-the-Job Training Process | |
19 May – 02 June 2025 | Submission of the Workplace Practice Student Report and Workplace Official Student Evaluation Form to the “Department Secretariat” | The report and form must be delivered to the course instructor by hand or via mail/cargo. The student is held responsible for any issues that may arise during the mail/cargo process. |
