A cultural and historical trip was organized to the Oleatrium Olive and Olive Oil History Museum and the Ancient City of Ephesus under the supervision of my Faculty's lecturer Öğr. Gör. İlhan AVCU and under the guidance of Yeşilova İsmail Akın MYO lecturer Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Özcan ÖZDEMİR, within the Gastronomy and Culinary Community where our faculty students are involved.
