Within the scope of the II. Isparta Tourism and Gastronomy Fair held between 03-06 October 2024, our school's Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay KİLİNÇ, participated in an important event. On 05 October 2024, Saturday, between 14:15-15:30, in the talk titled "Göller Bölgesi Gastronomisi," Assoc. Prof. Dr. KİLİNÇ took part as a speaker alongside Prof. Dr. Mustafa SANDIKÇI. The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nigün BUDAK.
